The measures of quality is applied to deliverables
The project life cycle: They define the start and the end of a project and divide it into 5 different phases, each with its own work needs.

Closing: The client is happy and we get paid.
There are 2 different types of the project life cycle that document the progress of the project and are essential tools to ensure completion

Hi Gregory,
Nice blog you have here. I enjoyed your introductory post as it is the next best thing to meeting you in person (I'm Anthony, by the way...)
Your Project Initiation post covers everything discussed in the videos. As Robbie mentioned, more pictures and elaboration in future posts are always good.
You're welcome to come over and critique my blog when you have the time.

Hi Gregory, i really like the look and feel of your blog. Your introduction and overview first blog post was nice and personal and clearly stated what the blog would be used for.
Your Lesson 1 blog on project initiation had a good introduction and short overview of the topic, however it was a bit short. I am recommending 300 words per blog post as a guide, and try and use any images or other media to help get your points across.
Thanks Gregory and hopefully you and the other students can start commenting on each others blog posts as this will be required as part of the assessment.
Cheers
Robbie
